Organizing work
Taskspect organizes work as Areas > Projects > Tasks. The sidebar lets you navigate that structure and filter tasks across it.
Focus filters
- Today: Tasks whose When date has arrived, plus tasks with today’s deadline. They stay in Today until completed or rescheduled to a future date.
- Upcoming: Tasks with a future date.
- Anytime: All open tasks. This is the default view.
- Someday: Tasks with no When date and no deadline.
- In Progress: Tasks currently in progress or paused.
- Logbook: Completed and cancelled tasks.
- Overdue: Tasks past their deadline. This appears when overdue tasks exist.
The active focus filter stays highlighted when you also select an area or project.
