Import and export

Taskspect uses the Windows file picker, so you can choose any folder available to your user account.

Import CSV

Choose File > Import > Import CSV. The import wizard lets you:

• Map CSV columns to Taskspect fields.
• Preview the imported data.
• Choose a target project.
• Automatically match common column names.

Dates must use YYYY-MM-DD format.

Export CSV

Choose File > Export > Export CSV to create a portable copy of your data. The export includes tasks from every project along with their properties, tags, and checklist items.
